On your arrival in Aguas Calientes you'll be picked up from the train station and taken to the office of Peru Sightseeing (5 minute walk). In their office, they will inform you at what time the next group is leaving.

With this option, you do not have to hire the services of a guide. On your arrival, the staff of Peru Sightseeing will pick you up from the train station and take you to their office where, after a short explanation, your tour to Machupicchu will start. In their office, you can hire a locker, if you do not want to take all your luggage to the Sanctuary of Machupicchu, take a shower or enjoy a warm cup of chocolate while waiting for the next group to leave.

- After a short briefing, you will take the bus up to the Sanctuary of Machupicchu with your guide and headphone equipment
